Refund Policy for Aaditap

At Aaditap, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with our products, including NFC business cards, digital stands, and other ecommerce offerings. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Returns

1.1 Custom Products

  • Non-Refundable Items: Customized products, such as personalized NFC business cards and digital stands, are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
  • Defective or Damaged Products: If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or incorrectly customized, you may be eligible for a return or replacement. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item to initiate the return process.

1.2 Non-Custom Products

  • For non-customized items, you may return the product within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, provided that the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

2. Refunds

2.1 Eligibility for Refunds

To qualify for a refund:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in its original packaging.
  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

2.2 Processing Refunds

Once we receive your returned product, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method (credit card, digital wallet, etc.). Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

2.3 Partial Refunds

In certain situations, partial refunds may be granted for items that are returned in less-than-perfect condition or missing components.

3. Shipping Costs

3.1 Return Shipping

You are responsible for covering the cost of shipping for returning non-customized products unless the return is due to a defect or mistake on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

3.2 Non-Refundable Shipping Costs

Shipping costs incurred during the initial purchase are non-refundable, except in cases where a product is defective or incorrect.

4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrectly customized. If you need an exchange for these reasons, please contact us, and we will assist you in sending the product back for a replacement.

5. Order Cancellations

Orders for customized products (NFC business cards, digital stands) cannot be canceled once production has begun. For non-customized items, you may cancel your order before it is processed. If your order has already shipped, you will need to follow the return process outlined above.
